Contacts
Create, import, tag, and organize your contact data.
Contacts are the people who interact with your chatbot. These endpoints let you build and manage your contact database — create individual records, bulk import from CSV, organize contacts with tags and lists, and associate them with companies.
All contacts endpoints require a project_uid and use the Contacts permission module.
Manage Contacts
Create, list, update, delete, and bulk import contacts.
Tags
Create tags and assign them to contacts for categorization.
Lists
Build segmented lists to group contacts by criteria.
Companies
Create companies and link contacts to them.
